Rules for Making Vegetarian Banana Bread
1 ▪ Ingredients
You need only overripe bananas, almond milk, sugar, butter, flour, raisins, olive oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt to taste, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
2 ▪ Mix Everything
Mash the bananas in a large bowl with a potato masher or a fork.
Add the flour, olive oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and almond milk to the mashed bananas. Stir the mixture until well combined.
3 ▪ Bake
Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Bake for 35 to 50 minutes.
Bake to perfection after 35 minutes; baking longer may dry the bread.
Let the banana bread cool for 15 minutes. Slice the bread with a knife and enjoy it with your family.

☆ Ripe Bananas: Ripe bananas with black spots on the skin are sweet and easy to mash.
☆ Sugar: Any sugar can be used. I use brown sugar.
☆ Flour: Whole wheat flour is preferred.
☆ Almond Milk: Use your preferred plant-based milk.
☆ Olive Oil: I have experimented with sunflower oil, which works well.
